Position title: Social media & Employer Branding Intern
Working location: Shanghai, YangPu
Report to: HR Employer Branding & Recruitment Manager, APAC

An internship at Henkel Asia Pacific gives you the chance to gain practical experience and make use of the theories you learned during university. Responsibilities:
· Support and active involvement in social media activities (WeChat account, LinkedIn local career page, Weibo…)
· Coordination with external agencies for community management and organize events
· Support Employer Branding initiatives in China (e.g. Henkel Open Day, Campus Recruitment, Summer Camp Internship Program… etc.)
· Supporting Employer Branding and recruitment via social media
· Steer monthly reporting
· Support in administrative tasks
What we are looking for:
· Bachelor or Master student in the area of HR, Marketing, Psychology, Business Studies or similar field
· Looking for a challenge in a fast-paced international environment
· Flexible, able to come up with creative solutions and work independently
· Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English
· Excellent presentation skills
· Have strong marketing sense and design capability
· Ability to work at least 3 days per week for a minimum of 6 months
· Excellent MS Office skills, specifically Excel, PowerPoint and Word

Responsibilities:
l Support APAC CoE Staffing Head to implement the recruitment and employment branding programs. This includes initiating hiring projects, partnering with Global COE to roll out employment branding and recruiting initiatives, working closely with the Shared Services Delivery Centre to drive recruiting progress and facilitating the recruitment programs in China market to support different business units.
l Support and active involvement in Employer Branding initiatives in China (e.g. Henkel Open Day, Campus Recruitment, Summer Camp Internship Program… etc.)
l Support implementation of global recruitment projects
l Coordination with external agencies to organize events
l Steer monthly reporting
l Support in administrative tasks
What we are looking for:
l Bachelor or Master student in the area of HR, Marketing, Psychology, Business Studies or similar field
l Internship of Recruitment experience including good exposure to FMCG or Chemical Industry China recruitment. Experience in MNC and headhunting field is an advantage
l Looking for a challenge in a fast-paced international environment
l Flexible, able to come up with creative solutions and work independently
l Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English
l Excellent presentation skills
l Project management skills as well as detail-orientation
l Ability to work at least 3 days per week for a minimum of 6 months
l Excellent MS Office skills, specifically Excel, PowerPoint and Word
