1.ApplyPay Merchant Business Development Intern(Shanghai)

Description

Apple is seeking a talented and enthusiastic intern to join the Apple Pay team to work with Merchant team to support business development and reporting activities in China. The individual will work closely with members in the merchant team regionally to understand the Apple Pay business, to produce insightful business reports (keep tabs on mobile payment and retail trends, produce regular market updates, and develop regular merchant reporting) and support the delivery of key projects and programs to drive Apple Pay adoption and key initiatives in Asia.

The ideal candidate should have relevant experience either on the merchant side (retailers or Commerce sites/apps) or on the acquirer side on payment projects, and should have strong attention to details and focuses on delivering excellent customer solutions.

Experience and knowledge of banking industry, online and mobile payments and contactless payments is big plus. Demonstrated communication skills and business acumen is a must.

   Requirements

   Must be currently enrolled in a BS/MS program in Business Administration, Finance, Sales, Technology, Communications, or Marketing. 


   Can work part-time 3 days a week for about 12 months in 2018. 


   Professional experience with relationship management, project management, market research, 
analytics, reporting. 


   Payment experience either at the merchant side or the acquirer side in a plus 


   Apple product enthusiast 


   Excellent judgment, presence and mature personality. 


   Superior communication skills – written and verbal, fluent in Chinese and English. 


   Self-starter who works effectively in a fast paced environment and is comfortable managing ambiguity. 


   Ability to initiate and drive projects to completion with minimal guidance. 


   Energetic and collaborative team player who feeds off of goal setting and achievement. 


 

2.ApplePay Business Ops Intern(Shanghai)

Description

   Works extensively with business program management, software and hardware teams as it relates to operations 


   Serves as a resource to business teams to ensure day-to-day operations, business analytic insights are meeting expectations 


   Supports external partner operations and working to improve the customer experience collectively 


   Understand the production support processes and service levels and able to coordinate with the relevant technology teams 


   Ability to problem solve and drive customer / partner issues appropriately to their conclusion 


   Able to write detailed and clear stakeholder and executive communications regarding
operations issues and insights 


  Able to develop and maintain ongoing partner communications and reports on “state” of business

 

Responsibilities Will Include The Following 


 

   Troubleshoots and supports smooth operation of production across internal and external commercial partners 


   Supports business objectives from introduction of new features to expansion 


   Serves as an escalation point for technical and customer issues

3. HR Helpline CSR Intern/Full-time (Cantonese/ Korean)

Job Summary

A challenging and diverse HR shared service role responsible for providing regional HR Support services to the business.

This role will be looked to for supporting employee in HR policies and processes of various countries across Asia Pacific, acting as the principal liaison between employee and the various HR partners.

Experience/Skill Requirements

         Must be able to speak and write in English, Chinese and Cantonese/ Korean. This is the most important and essential criteria.

         Preferred to have some Human Resources experience or customer contact center experience, however fresh graduate could be considered as well if possess the language capability.

         Flexibility to work varied shifts on a 5-day schedule if job required

         Ability to work with confidential data

         Excellent interpersonal skill and enjoy talking to others

         Excellent communicator with ability to work with all levels of management with strong ver-

 

Description

         Serve as a primary HR point of contact for all employee and manager enquiries regarding benefits, employee data, HR systems and information sources, and payroll


         Respond to employee inquiries through phone or email by accessing a variety of tools and knowledgebases


         Create, organise and review knowledge base content

         Help resolve non-standard employee enquiries, identifying the best means to find expert support internally or externally


         Build relationships throughout Apple’s growing Asia Pacific Human Resources organisation


         Administer HR-related processes for internal customer, including data entry and support of Apple’s HRIS tool


         Develop strong internal relationships across Human Resources and with external vendors to better understand these functions and support opportunities


         Share and improve processes within the HR HelpLine and across Apple’s businesses


         Record all enquiries and resolutions in a customer relationship management system


         Analyse trends and report results, bringing findings and insights from the HR HelpLine to our businesses


         Help make the HR HelpLine experience truly rewarding for customers
